Hi All,

I have a network that I wirelessly extended using wireless. There is a Minitar AP connected to a Dlink router which works fine. I have added a second Mintar AP to extend the range which it does. However I am finding that when using the broadband connection when connected to the 2nd access point, the max speed I get when downloading is about 60KB/s. When I am connected to the first AP, I get the full 1.5MB speed that I have subscribed to.

Should I get full speed from the 2nd access point too or should I just live with it?

Hi there,

Bit more detail needed on your connection (have I asked this already ? getting a case of dejavu here).

Are you running any security over the bridge ? WEP ?
What bridged mode are you using ? WDS ? P-T-P ? P-T-MP ?
How far are the MNWAPB"s away from each other ?
Any other 2.4ghz devices in the area ? Tried changing to another channel ?

S.
