pc power supply

I was wondering if anyone has used the 12v from a pc psu to power an access point? I cant see any problems and it would be handy to automatically switch the power off to the access point when the pc is shut down.

Ive got a dlink900+ and a minitar off a psu along with a CCTV and 2.4ghz amp

ah,, also have a pc psu at a remote transmiter site with 2 other aps (IMG:http://www.minitar.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
