Hi, I recently purchases a couple of mnwapb ap's ,configured em to bridge point to point, put each others mac in bridge setting, connected first ap to a pc with xp and changed ap's ip to 192.168.2.2. connected second ap to another pc with xp and left the ip default 192.168.2.1. all the essid, channel no ect are the same but I cannot ping from either machine. I know I must be doing something wrong, all I get is timed out message in the ping screen. The nics are working ok coz I can configure the ap's from either machine. Any suggestions? thanks.

How far away are the AP's from each other?

Did you enable any WEP encryption on the Links?

Can you ping from one machine to the far MNWAPB ? (i.e. the one it isn't directly connected to)
