Ok i've setup the network and all is well
plugged in my Epson C900 Laser printer into the USB port
did everyone as told in the instruction's manual
the printer works and it prints! great!

BUT

i have lost all ability to monitor my printing status
when going to properties in my printer, i get an epson warning box about communication problems and i can no longer monitor the toner usage on the printer

help?

i can print ok, but after the printing comes out, AFTER, i get a communication error box......weird

This is normal. The gateway at the moment does not support the bi-directional feature which is the reason why you are not getting any info back from the printer.

We are unsure if a solution will become available for this at the moment and we have asked the firmware people if it will become possible.

No problems. Yes it is an issue we have been trying to work on but it is proving to be a resilliant.
