i was woundering if you would be able to help me please i have 4 minitars linked to gether useing bridge P-P and bridge P-MP they all can see each otherfine and are working reliable the distance between them varys . minitar 1 to minitart 2 is 4 km with LOS from no 2 to no 3 is about 700 metters and from no2 to NO 4 is 9.4 km with LOS and all seamto have good strong signals none of them drop out even under heavy rain problem i have is if i try and transfer any files from 1 pc at one end to any of the other pc's the Max transfer rate i can get is 64 kbs i think maybe i have a seting wrong thats slowing it down im not useing dchp all pc's conected are useing manualy assigned ip's
i have tryed changeing to diferant channels and dosent make any diferants ips range from NO1 minitar 192.168.2.8 NO2 192.168.2.20 NO3 192.168.2.30 NO4 192.168.2.5 all with diferant Names for SSID all same subnet , just not sure what all the setings should like short or long there is a couple of other setings in there im not sure about all minitarts are useing firmware 2.53 all minitars are useing 19 db external ants all useing LMR 200 cable about 40 centermetters long .
i have tryed useing WDS mode and that worked fine also but speed were very slow as well around 57 kbs any idears or surgestions i can try ?

Hi there,

By 64kbs I assume you mean kilo-bytes per second, or are you referring to kilobits ?

64 kilobytes is 512 kilobits which is around an 8th of what I would expect a MNWAPB to give you in perfect conditions.

yes sorry i ment 64 kilobytes , some times if im realy luck ill see 71 killobytes
still cant work it out checked and rechecked everything

Well, unfortunatly it's hard to rule out something todo with the alignment of your antenna's. Are you able to get two of the units in one room just todo some debugging to see if you still get the slow speeds ? This will rule the units/configuration themselves out.
