wlan-11g

Hi
I've tried everything, but I'm starting to suspect a faulty unit. I've set my NIC to 192.168.2.4 , subnet mask i've tried 255.255.255.0 and 255.255.0.0. Still cannot find the web-based configuation. I've done the factory reset (> 5 seconds). Is there anything else I can try? I've connected the AP direct into the Network card, so its not the switch. The light is flashing so they are recognising each other.
Thanks

So I assume you have tried pinging 192.168.2.1 with no luck ?
Is the unit putting out a wireless LAN at all ?

I've resetted the thing, yes it does recognise the wireless,
before the reset it was set on peer-to-peer, now i need to access the configuation
Tried to ping, no such luck.

Are you able to connect to the AP wirelessly ? Do you get an IP address ?

Hi,
Yes, it seems i can connect to the AP wirelessly. There is an IP address.
Interestingly, the old SSID is still there even after a factory reset "wirelesscafe"
is that suppose to happen?

Hi,
I've managed to get the thing working. I did another factory reset. I think I held this one for more like 40 seconds.
Changed the subnet mask to 255.255.0.0
Thanks for your help SerialMonkey
