I currently use the 802.11B MNW2BPCI network card and the BIPAC-743 GE Billion Router. I used to have Windows 2000 Professional and my internet and network were working fine. I recently upgraded to XP Professional and ever since then the internet has not worked. When I go into device manager it does not see the network card and when i search for new hardware it does not find anything. When I click the Wireless Lan card icon in toolbar it says "Device or Driver Not Found". I recently upgraded the driver to 2.0 by following the readme file and i still have the same result. I have another Win XP Pro computer which has the same card on which the internet does work. I am wondering what the problem is and how i can fix it.

Thanks,
Michael

Hi there,

Sounds like Windows is having a hard time detecting your card. I would try a different PCI slot if you have one available as that can quite often trick windows into spotting it. When you checked in the Device Manager, did you check in the "Unknown Devices" section as well to see if it was in there ?

S.
