Situation:
ISP 1 (1500 Kbps) - connected to modem -> to MNWAPB_a
ISP 2 (1500 Kbps) - connected to modem -> to MNWAPB_b
if I let MNWAPB a and b communicate via the WDS
what happens to the speed? Will it add up to 3000 Kbps?
What are the right settings? Both AP's must also be able to connect to several clients (laptops)

no it will not as both links are on their on WAN ip address.
At the pc end you only have room to put in one default gateway and therefore only one link at a time can be utilised.
Investigate on how you can setup multilinking, google may have some answers for you however it certainly is out of scope for this forum as we support your equiptment and not how to setup your network as such.
