Hi.
I've seen a few similar problems on the same device or the same problem on similar device but to keep it simple, I've started a new thread.

I've got a Wireless Access Point MWGAP which 'was' working fine as an access point/client on a wireless network for a games console up until a few months ago. I reset it (I think) and now nothing I do will give me access.

1) I can't see it via wireless or ethernet. There are no new networks available in the area so I don't think it's creating it's own

2) Pressing the reset button does nothing. None of the little lights blink, flash, or change. If I plug in a CAT cable however, the Link light activates so I think it is still operational.

3) Having turned it on, it no longer appears as an attached device on the ADSL router. It's doesn't seem to be connecting to the old network either.

I have no idea what to do but if someone could help it would be appreciated.

Regards
Dean

Additional:
When I reset it, it only goes back to factory settings every 10th attempt. I'm holding the button down for 10 seconds then cutting the power. Is this the right procedure?

No it does not sound correct what the unit is doing.

It should reset to factory on the first time you hold the button in for 5-10 seconds.

It is possible there is a issue here with the hardware. I highly suggest you speak with your place of purchase as the unit has
a one year warranty.
