Since attempting to upgrade firmware I have lost access to the MVA11A device. I have tried every method to access via web interface, including running the recovery tool. Is there a way to dial a series of numbers into the connected phone to check web interface address?

Folks just found out code to type in re web access for MVA11A: - dial #126#. Will now attempt fireware upgrade again

Try connecting directly via LAN port with the default (192.168.3.1).

Thanks for suggestion, was able to connect via dialing #126#. Did upgrade and all working really well.
